Same Day Click & Collect – Auckland

Order must be placed before 11am.

Click & Collect lets you place your order online and pick it up from our Auckland showroom. If your items are available, we’ll pack your order and email you when it’s ready. Please wait for the collection notification before coming in, and bring your order confirmation with you.

Where do I pick up my Click & Collect order?
Collect from the online order pick-up point at the front counter of our Auckland showroom.

How long does it take to get my order ready?
Orders placed before 11am are usually ready within 4 trading hours (on days when Stowers is open and trading, and subject to stock availability and order volume). Orders placed after 11am are typically prepared the next business day. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

What if I need to return or exchange something?
If something isn’t quite right, bring the item(s) back to the Stowers showroom you purchased from with your order confirmation (or other proof of purchase), and our team will help with the next steps.

What happens if my Click & Collect Item is not available?
While we make every effort to ensure all items shown as available are in stock at the time of your order, occasional discrepancies can occur. This may mean that, in rare cases, an item you have ordered for Click & Collect is not available. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or suitable alternative.
